Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ordinel's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including operators, administrators, and any party interacting with the control layer.

Service Description

Ordinel provides a pre-execution control layer for AI Agent wallet actions. The service includes policy definition, risk assessment, escalation workflows, and traceability. Ordinel does not custody assets, execute transactions directly, or provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the policies they configure. Ordinel enforces rules as defined by the organization. It does not independently verify the business legitimacy of any action. Users must maintain their own access credentials and are responsible for all activity under their accounts.

Limitation of Liability

Ordinel is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Ordinel is not liable for losses resulting from policy misconfiguration, upstream context pollution, external execution failures, or organizational governance gaps. The control layer assists judgment but does not replace organizational responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and documentation associated with Ordinel are the property of the Ordinel team or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Ordinel operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
