Information We Collect
Ordinel collects minimal information necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include wallet addresses used during interaction with the control layer, usage data such as policy configurations and action logs, and technical data including browser type, device information, and IP addresses for security purposes.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate and maintain the control layer, enforce policies and escalation workflows, improve system reliability and security, and communicate important updates about the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
Action logs and policy records are retained as part of the traceability system described in the Ordinel whitepaper. Retention periods are determined by organizational policy settings. Users may request data export or deletion subject to applicable legal requirements.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own wallet credentials and access controls.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via direct notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
